Kost Cove is a modern co-living project designed for young professionals in the heart of Jakarta. Located in Kampung Melayu, this project redefines urban living by combining comfort, privacy, and community. The design focuses on efficient spatial layout and warm materials to create a cozy yet contemporary atmosphere for daily living.
This co-living project presents a modern reinterpretation of Kost living in Jakarta’s dense urban area. The building’s facade combines soft curves and vertical wooden fins to create rhythm and warmth. Using textured concrete and natural green tones, the design blends modern minimalism with tropical freshness, making the space feel calm and inviting amidst the city’s intensity.
The building blends raw concrete textures with warm wood and greenery, creating a calm retreat within the city. Its organic facade not only softens the streetscape but also introduces a refreshing touch of nature into the dense neighborhood.
