CASATERRA comes from Italian words, Casa (means house) and Terra (means Earth). The spirit of this cluster housing cluster is to provide a housing that brings people to live healthier by getting nature as close as possible from their doorstep.

In the site plan, we made a rule that every 2 house (mirrored couple mass), should have offset not only from the street, but also from the side and the back. Creating alleys and green spaces for people to have in their surroundings. This is an investment that we push to make, that could added multiple value to every house in this cluster.
