COMMO offers fresh innovations to increase the value and attractiveness of every project undertaken. We believe that collaboration between all stakeholders in a project is the key to the success in resulting the design.
COMMO has 3 line of design work; COMMO LIVE for residential, housing, and villas; COMMO EXPERIENCE for event, lifestyle, and spatial innovation; COMMO ASSOCIATE for Office, Retail, and Hospitality.
First, we keep our ear wide open. We listen to your needs and problems carefully to build our project’s brief, and we will do site survey when possible. Then we will make you a pre concept deck to compile all concerns and to present our early vision to the project. From there, we start the design project with various tools such as conceptualizations, visual journals, mood boards, material boards, story board, personas, and not forgetting collaborations as an important ingredients to the process.
The timeline of projects is various from 1 month up to 12 months, depends on the scale and the difficulty of the project. But we will keep you updated about the progress at least biweekly to make sure we stay on track.
Every projects have different challenges. The different scale and difficulties of the project would result different pricing on the service offered. But you don’t need to worry about it, we would more than happy to know your concern about the project, including your budget.
